About PFIP
Our Vision
Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) aims to serve as a forum for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+) employee resource groups (ERGs) from financial services and other industries to promote safe and inclusive workplace and provide support to its members.
Our Contribution
PFIP assists member companies in strengthening their LGBT+ ERGs by providing networking opportunities, starter tool kit and leveraging diversity trainings on sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
PFIP through its collective voice uplifts the welfare of its LGBT+ members by serving as a support to promote equality in the workplace and to nurture professional and career development of members. PFIP encourages active sponsorship, such as regular networking, speaker events, career talk and outreach programs.
