PFIP Membership

The membership guidelines of PFIP are as follows:

 

  • Be companies legally registered and operating in the Philippines
  • Have or intend to have a diversity and inclusion (D&I) program
  • Submit a completed application form for approval of the  Board of Trustees
  • Assign 1 primary 1 secondary representative who will serve  as Point of Contact.
  • Must be part of the leadership team of their organization’s LGBT+ Employee/Business Resource Group or any similar D&I program, or part of the team leading or looking into the formation of a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Program.
